Maureen OGrady

Maureen has over 27 years of experience in the real estate business, including over 14 years
as the owner of Rachel Thomas Associates in Essex Connecticut. She is currently a Broker with Page Taft CHRISTIE’S International Real Estate and is an expert on the Connecticut River Valley/Shoreline real estate market as well as having acquired extensive knowledge in areas of land use, construction, home design, and staging.

Maureen has spoken extensively to local organizations, on various real estate topics ranging from charitable giving of real estate to planning a move as life situations change. She has used her professional expertise to assist several charitable organizations with real estate matters.

Professional Education: Maureen attended Siena College in Loudonville, NY. as a Sociology major. She left in 1979 to start her own business in the health and fitness field. She was licensed as a Realtor in 1993 and earned her Broker’s license in 2000 where she along with her husband, John founded Rachel Thomas Associates. Maureen and John sold the business to Randall Realtors in 2014 and continue to practice real estate in Essex with Page Taft Christie’s IRE.

As a Realtor she has earned the designations of GRI, ALHS, PSCS. ILHM& CRS
