She has represented discrete high end clients, helped many move into larger homes and helped others downsize. Working with first time home buyers has always been a gratifying part of the job. Home ownership is empowering and Maureen wants you to reach your goal, whatever the price point.

When a clients are ready to move, Maureen is an expert to help you get the most for your property. She will guide you in deciding what you should or should not do while preparing to sell. Years of doing this have her knowledgeable about what works and what doesn’t. She has referral sources and contractors who are part of her team to get your home ready. Years of experience and understanding the variables in the market have led her to be an expert on how to price and sell homes both quickly and profitably. She is known for this in the industry and next to parallel parking it is one of her best skills!

Being the youngest of four children helped instill the power of negotiation in Maureen. She will not shy away from helping communicate your needs and wants. Maureen is always ready to find creative solutions to every obstacle along the way. Her experience leads to very few situations she has not already encountered.

She currently resides in a 1913 Craftsman in the Overlook neighborhood that she and her partner have painstakingly restored over the past 20 years. They have 2 children out of high school and 3 rescue dogs. Hiking in Forest Park, boating on the river and spending time at the coast are a few of her favorite things.
