Maureen is a top-producing real estate agent in the Greater Boston area who has built a business and referral network based off hard work and exceptional client service. She has been in real estate since 1997 and was given opportunity to join Century 21 because of their unique focus on technology, commitment to their agents, full-service model, and the fact that they are the most recognized brand name in real estate in the Boston area.
Since joining Century 21, Maureen has become one of the top individual producers in our office with over $14 million in sold and pending properties and has increased her production in sales every year. She has also been the recipient of the Centurion Award for production (awarded to only the top 3% of Century 21 agents worldwide), President Producer Award, and multiple Quality Service Awards.
Maureen specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sales of single and multi-family homes, condominium residences, and income property. Part of her business is focused on handling and negotiating short-sales and marketing and selling foreclosure properties.
