Phyllis Maurer has been a real estate agent for over 38 years. She works in conjunction with her business partner, Marguerite Widell, to serve buyer and seller clients.
Phyllis is certified as a residential specialist, in loss mitigation, in buyer representation, and is an accredited home stager. She serves Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Littleton, Sudbury, Woburn, Burlington, and the surrounding areas.
Before her career in Real Estate, Phyllis was the first female Bank Manager in Middlesex County, worked as a Branch Administrator for a local commercial bank, and worked 13 years as a residential builder in the MetroWest. She has also attended the American Institute of Banking, and taken Real Estate Law Courses at Suffolk University.
Phyllis is an active community member, serving as the past President of The Rotary Club Concord, past Co-Chair of the Community Chest Annual Gala, former member of the Concord Lions Club, and former Student Mentor in Real Estate for the Concord-Carlisle High School.
Marguerite Widell has been a real estate agent for over 32 years. Marguerite is a seasoned Realtor® with a successful track record of working with both buyer and seller clients. She has sold numerous properties ranging from new construction to antiques, to land.
She draws from her skills of resourcefulness, organization, creativity, and negotiation, which she developed in her first career as a Buyer and a Program Manager in the High Tech Industry. She continually refines and enhances these skills as a real estate professional.
Marguerite is a dedicated, energetic Realtor® who works to find solutions in a timely, helpful manner. She is continually working to stay up-to-date in her field, with continuing education courses covering topics such as lead paint, contract law, buyer agency, 1031 taxes, international real estate, wetlands, land surveying, and loss mitigation.
As a resident of Concord, MA, for over 14 years, Marguerite knows the areas she serves well. Before moving to Concord, Marguerite spent 21 years as a Carlisle, MA resident. Her children attended the local public school system in Carlisle and the Concord-Carlisle Regional High School. She is also an active community member, volunteering with Meals on Wheels. While her children were in school, she was a member of the Carlisle Middle School Parent Association and a parent volunteer at Concord-Carlisle Regional High School.
