Mr. Hill, has made a dream come true for me and my family. Mr. Hill was introduced to us by a previous home owner, that Mr. Hill helped. He assured us that Mr. Hill will be there until the end and that he did!! I can literally write a book on how smooth he made this process. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable. I seen how other agents dealt with there clients and I thanked God how BLESSED we were to have Mr. Hill as our agent. He was there through every process, even on the day of our closing. Even when Mr. Hill was out of the country on vacation it was like he was still in town. He communicated with us when we needed him. Mr. Hill even had two agents working on his behalf. Glad he did because we waited to place a bid on a home that we saw and I called one of the agents and he was able to do it ASAP.. Even though we lost that bid. Hello, my name is Morris Gordon. Mr. Hill is one of the best real estate agents that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. His level of real estate knowledge is exceptional and he is a kind, intelligent man. We were looking for a home around Gwinnett and Dekalb counties in Georgia. I saw a home online that I thought was a deal too good to be true. I requested to visit the house and Mr. Hill contacted me about it. He sound very professional and we planned to meet at the subjected house referenced online. When we met at the particular location, for the house for sale, Mr. Hill showed us why the house was a good deal in contrast to what I previously thought. The house looked good from the outside; however, the basement had so much mold that it would have been very expensive to remove. There were also mechanical and structural issues with the house that would have been major problems. We were so impressed by Mr. Hill's knowledge, during that meeting at that house, that we decided that he would be the best person to help us acquire the home that we were looking for. After that, we told Mr. Hill the type of home we were looking for, and it was not long before we were shown the beautiful house that we currently live in today. Mr. Hill knew exactly the type of home we were looking for and he didn't waste our time showing us just houses that were nice but did not meet our requirements. After Mr. Hill showed us our new home, he made sure to help us through the entire process of acquiring the home. I would now always be looking forward to accessing Mr. Hill for any, and all real estate related business in Georgia. I wanted to take this time out to say how grateful I am I was referred to Maurice. I was so pleased with his customer service and knowledge about every step of the home buying process, even when I transitioned over to the home building process, Maurice was still spot on when it came to informing me of everything I needed and wanted to know. I had dealt with other realtors in the past who were not proactive at all when it came to responding to call or emails, however Maurice was very prompt in his response which made me feel my business mattered to him. With me traveling so much for work and not being home to view properties, Maurice took the initiative to go to the homes I was interested in and not only inspect them but also took videos of the house inside and out, even going as far as taking a video the subdivision as he exited, so that I could see how well the HOA and other home owners kept the property ground. I have now been in my house for one Year!!! I have to personally thank Maurice for putting up with me during my house buying adventure. Due to certain circumstances the amount I was approved for dropped multiple times during the one year process of looking for a home but Maurice kept looking for house to meet my financials qualifications. HE also advised me of houses to steer clear of. My deal fell through and I ended up having to wait another year before I could look at houses again. I called up Maurice a year later and he was right back assisting me. I point this out because he did not have to take my call or spend the time I required to help me a 1st time home buyer. He did not have to take the time to educate me on the detailed process of buying a home. Needless to say my family is thankful and I am RENT FREE sitting on an acre!! This is my first time buying a house. I'm pretty good at listening and learning from other people's stories on buying a home, but nothing really prepares you for your own experience except EXPERIENCE doing so. I heard many horror stories about the difficulties in purchasing a new house (especially going VA), I wasn't really sure what to expect. My first realtor was elderly. She only seemed interested in selling me a house and never really grasped the fact that I was a first time buyer and I had no real clue on what kind of questions to ask her and she never volunteered any information. I quickly realized that I was going no where fast in that situation. So when I met Maurice; one of the first things I noticed is that he had a completely different approach; which in turn instilled in me a new found excitement. Maurice immediately began to educate me on the whole home buying experience, and I knew that I had the right professional in my corner. Now less than 6 months of working with and learning from Maurice; I'm now in the position of closing on my first home in about a week from today . As I was contemplating looking for a new house I overheard a co-worker talking about how happy he was with his new home. I started talking to him about it and mentioned I was thinking about getting out of my apartment and buying my first house. He said I had to talk to his guy. I'm so glad I took his advice. I called Maurice the next day and we met up that afternoon. After telling Maurice what I was looking for (price range, neighborhood, work convenience) he started sending me listings that evening! I was in desperate need to relocate from my condominium in Miami Florida to Georgia to be near my grandkids.
