Mauricio helped my mom find a house about 9 months ago and he just helped me find my first house. He was amazing to work with and gave me great advice. He really knows his stuff and was very flexible with time for house tours and meeting up with me. He answered all my questions and then some. I highly recommend Mauricio. Earlier this year my husband and I were starting to look for homes and as first time homebuyers we were really nervous but we got in touch with Mauricio and he helped us every step of the way! he said that it doesn’t matter how long it takes him but he would find us a perfect house and one night he called me at 7 PM and gave me a really late showing for the perfect house for my husband and I and he stayed with us until midnight for us to send the offer and by noon the next day they had accepted! he was very kind and caring and I am so grateful for him helping us through this process! I spoke with Mauricio one time and within 48 hours he had my property photographed and listed. He even went through the property and did minor repairs and prepared the property for showing. He is very professional and works hard taking his clients seriously and I’m confident he looked out after my best interest. He was showing the property with 48 hours with offers which he diligently reported back to me in a timely fashion. He was able to sell the property above comparable value. I can’t say enough good about this realtor! I live out of town and sue to recent surgery could not travel. He was able to set up all documents and communication on the phone and online. Definitely 5/5 star service.
