Max McGeachy

Max McGeachy is an Associate for Franklin Street’s Retail Leasing Team in Tampa. Working alongside Alex Wright, Senior Director, Mr. McGeachy will primarily focus on representing Tampa’s leading retail owners and landlords in adding value to their properties by securing high-quality tenants.

Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. McGeachy worked as an Intern with Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida in Tampa, where he assisted the Business Development department, as well as marketing, sales and property management. During his internship he gained valuable knowledge working alongside highly skilled professionals, where he acquired the skills to survey properties to identify needed improvements and conditions, conducted research of property ownership and implemented data entry of his findings. Mr. McGeachy is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida.
