If I can give 10 stars it would be well worth it. When I finally decided to purchase a home I asked a fellow associate if he knew of any realtors. He gave me Maxima’s card. After several months I gave her a call and we sat down and went through the process. She was very thorough in asking of what I actually wanted. I assumed that she was going through the motions. She really proved me wrong. She was actually listening to what I not only wanted but needed in achieving my dream home. So, during the process my employment had ended. This is the best part. She never quit on me. She tried to help me seek employment, even though it didn’t pan out she continued to keep in touch and gave me advice. Fast forward to a year later she finally found the right home for my needs. THANK YOU for everything Maxima, you will always be first in on my list for any referrals.

There are not enough stars for how awesome Maxima is! She has gone above and beyond to help make the process of buying a house the easiest, most painless process that I could have hoped for. She took the time to find out what we, as buyers, wanted and proceeded to provided resources for finding houses, as well as resources for financing options. Maxima provided excellent counsel for us as first-time home-buyers in how the process works as well as what to expect, and if any little issue came up she was instantly on top of it and got it resolved. 100% will recommend to anyone looking for a realtor or looking into buying a house.

We had very specific requirements for a new home. Maxima was extremely patient and always encouraging when it seemed like we would never find what we were looking for. She was available to show us homes quickly as the market is very competitive. When the right home became available she was acted quickly making the right offer. Out of 5 offers, ours was accepted. From there everything went very smoothly, from the home inspection to closing it was pleasure to work with Maxima. She's great!
