Prior to real estate, Maya amassed professional experiences that she now applies to her career as a Broker. She is a graduate Cum Laude of the Menlo School of Business Administration and previously worked for eight years for the Bechtel Power Corporation as a Quality Assurance Engineer. This explains her meticulous handling of all aspects of the real estate contract including negotiation skills and inspection review.

A Menlo Park native, Maya believes that real estate should always be linked with the community. Maya currently serves on the Menlo Park Police Chief's Advisory Committee and is a proud member and past-President (2016-2017) of the Rotary Club of Menlo Park. She enjoys serving in the multitude of service projects of the Rotary Club. Maya is actively involved in her church and cares for those in need. Maya enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband Phil and four grandchildren. She particularly enjoys her daily swimming, playing bridge, traveling, and enjoys the art of interior design.
