McClain H. Franks, a Middle Tennessee native, is an expert in the new home building industry. After graduating from Battle Ground Academy, McClain began to pursue a degree in Interior Design. While finishing her Bachelor of Arts degree from O™More College of Design in Franklin, McClain received her real estate license. McClain began working with Tennessee Valley Homes and Old South Construction to help in designing, building, and selling custom homes. Today, McClain is the exclusive in-house designer and sales agent for Tennessee Valley Homes, Old South Construction and Legacy Homes of TN, as well as the Principal Broker for Battle Ground Realty. McClain's unique qualifications allow her to aid clients with designing, building, furnishing, or purchasing their dream home. McClain is currently a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Heritage Foundation.
