We meet Jeff & Trish several years ago and I’m sure glad we did. My family and I have had several transactions with them.(sell & purchases) They’re always there to help and support you during your home sell or selection. Most agents just open doors and say look around and see what you think, Jeff and Trish actually tell you the good and bad about the home or location to help you understand exactly what you are looking at. Plus they show up to help during final walk throughs to help make sure the home is in satisfactory condition. I highly recommend them and trust them to do what’s right for their clients.

Jeff and Trish were not only extremely professional from the very beginning, but we felt cared for as if we were family. They went to bat for us, follow-up consistently with us, and help us not only land our dream home, but do so as comfortably as possible.

5-stars isn’t enough to truly say how professional, kind, caring, and helpful these two were. They deserve every bit of business they get because they truly care about each person they work with. If there’s ever a thought of who to reach out to when buying or selling a home, we have and will continue to recommend them without question.

Excellent this couple go way beyond the duties of Realtors to provide for a smooth sales process. From repairs to reminders no one does better in handling the inspections etc and through the final sell. Have had a problem Realtor before so Jeff and Trish are a breath of fresh air. The BEST.

Purchasing property 100 miles from our home was a very daunting task for my wife and me. Having a knowledgeable and hard-working team working on our behalf was priceless. I greatly appreciate the work that Jeff and Trisha did in helping me sell my North Myrtle Beach home. It was a very tough decision for me to sell this home because of the memories there but it was best for another family to have the opportunity to grow their own memories at the beach.

I moved to Texas before I listed the home. TEAM McIntosh handled every aspect of helping me prepare, list, repair and negotiate a very good offer on my behalf. Jeff and Trish McIntosh assisted us with the purchase of a home in January 2023.  We chose them because they were licensed in both North and South Carolina and we weren't sure where we wanted to purchase when we started our home search. They spent a lot of time showing us the communities that suited our needs and provided invaluable guidance and insight. They were very patient and supportive of us during our 4 month home search, communicated with us frequently,  promptly responded to our calls, and skillfully handled the negotiations. I worked with Trish and Jeff McIntosh to sell my townhouse at Fairway Oaks in N Myrtle Beach and could not have been happier with them as my realtors or with the results they produced! I liked them instantly upon meeting them and felt they were very professional as well as personable and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market.
They kept me closely updated on the rapidly changing real estate market conditions and worked tirelessly to get my townhouse in front of potential buyers.
I live out of state and was not there to be able to handle some of the things that needed to be done to get the townhouse ready to be put on the market. Jeff and Trish connected me with professionals who were able to do the work needed and they coordinated everything to have the jobs completed seamlessly. Anything that needed to be done, whether it was a large task or small task, they were there to help and walk me through it.

Jeff and Trish were incredible to work with during our home search, and we finally found a great property that was right for us. As "out-of-towners" we relied on them to provide honest assessments of properties that we could not see in person, and they supported that by providing pictures, videos, and even live video. TEAM McIntosh was attentive, and rarely was there any delay in responding to our inquiries. They really listened to our "wants" and offered options that fit without being pushy.

My husband and I used Trish and Jeff McIntosh to purchase a single family home and to sell our condo. They were SO easy to work with. The purchase of the home went so quickly and easy for us. Jeff's and Trish's recommendations for inspectors, mortgage broker and attorney were spot on. We used all of their recommendations and we were very happy! We got a mortgage and it only took 33 days from flying in to see the listing to closing! So easy and stress free! The listing and sale of our condo was the easiest we have ever experienced! Trish and Jeff suggested a price much higher than we would have thought to list at. We had 4 showings the first day and received a great offer the first day! We were amazed and so happy!
