ABOUT MEERA SETTY
Simply stated my philosophy on real estate is “the client comes first.” I keep myself accessible, listen carefully, respond in a timely manner and effectively communicate the needs and concerns of my clients in every transaction.

I strive to keep the stress of the home buying or selling process, felt by my clients, at a minimum by negotiating effectively and intervening as needed. My network of related professionals; loan officers, real estate attorneys, title companies, insurance reps, inspectors, handymen, and interior designers are at the ready to give my clients more guidance and sound advice.

My prior work experiences in the areas of architecture, P&C Insurance, superfund oil cleanup, banking and finance, and marketing allow me to see a home not only in its current physical form but also evaluate the future possibilities of a home (ie: with renovation ideas) and review the internal and external environment of home. I process things from all angles and I put this to work for my buyers and sellers so they know they are making the right decisions.

In summary, I love my career, appreciate and respect my clients and believe strongly in continuing self-improvement as this business is ever changing. I look forward to being your Realtor.
