About Meg

With over 500 square miles just 30+ minutes northwest of Washington, D.C., Loudoun County is larger than you might think. You can find what you need here! While much of the county is suburban & convenient to everything, large portions of western Loudoun are scenic & rural. I'd be happy to help you learn your way around and determine what and where is the best fit for you. My name is Meg Burke and I've been a Leesburg (Loudoun County's seat) resident since 1993, a full-time Realtor since 2000, & a broker since 2018. I've seen a lot of changes in our county! I can assure you, Loudoun County was -- and still is -- a wonderful place to live!

I accidentally reached out to Meg while window shopping for a home on Zillow - I clicked on the get more information option thinking I would speak with an operator but instead a knowledgeable, professional Realtor gave me a call back.

Meg was outstanding during every stage of the home buying process - providing several attractive listings, exploring the pros and cons of each location, making an initial offer, contracts, contingencies, negotiations, counter-negations, etc. all the way through the final walk-through and closing.

I do quite a bit of traveling for work and was actually out of town, several time zones away during the majority of the whole experience and Meg was always very communicative and as soon as anything came up would be in contact with me.

During the entire process Meg provided a solid source of information, wisdom and expertise - any complications that arose (and there were quite a few, but none originating from her) she was able to give me options and advice for the best path forward. Without her I doubt we would have been able to find or close on our dream home.

10/10 would recommend.
