Meg Tracy

Meg Tracy has over 25 years of experience in residential real estate in both residential sales and lending. Her highly developed skills include marketing and sales management specific to residential real estate.

Meg’s husband, Pat Tracy, has recently retired from a 35-year career as an Officer in The British Army, but even as a Military Bride and a former Military Brat, Alexandria Virginia is their home. Meg has worked in The Old Town Alexandria Office since 2003 and as such is responsible for running all areas of a highly successful real estate business. She works with all aspects of business development, client acquisition, product marketing, contract writing, financial negotiation, and full program management. She uses and maintains state of the art technology for communication and marketing. Meg maintains and manages professional relationships with Attorneys, Lenders, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Structural Engineers, and Contractors.
