She was great! Very organized and on top of things. We had a complicated situation (my dad passed, the house had a second mortgage and was in the process of foreclosure!) and we only had a very short window to sell. Meg communicated with the affiliated bank, etc. routinely to ensure that we were able to sell the house in time! It was a complicated and stressful process, and we couldn't have done it without Meg's expertise! She is also great at keeping in contact/communication regularly and keeping you updated on everything.

Meg was my realtor for a house I purchased in August. Any realtor can get you in to see a house however, Meg supports you and is experienced with the full process. She appears laid back but is a great negotiator even during Covid. When you need a resource from movers to a plumber she has a person for you. She is a great realtor I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or work with her again.

Meg not only gave me great suggestions about locations and homes within my budget, she also set up the inspections, and stood by my side through each step so I felt comfortable in the purchase of my greatest investment.

I am very lucky to have met Meg. She's amazing. I bought my first house in 2013. It only took a week of actively looking. Meg walked me thru the entire process, what to expect and how to proceed. Meg's representation is pure order. We kept in touch for the next few years and I bought my second home in 2019. Again, it was an amazing process. We found a perfect home and it was a flawless process.

Very quick story - Meg helped me sell my house and buy my new house all w/in the same week. She negotiated settlements on the same day and I was able to put all my equity over which is a huge plus!

PLEASE do yourself a favor - hire Meg. My wife and I can go on all day about how great she is the best! She'll work for you!
