Megan was great from start to finish. She guided me through the entire process and provided professional, as well as, personal advice. I was selling and she immediately asked about my next purchase/venture. Megan has just the right touch of being hands on. Again, she guided me and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do something just to make a sell. She worked with my crazy schedule to make appointments with me and showings work for potential buyers. She met with me and walked through uncleared land, met with a potential builder and sent lisitngs. Megan is the full real estate agent package. Megan seems to be VERY knowledgeable about the area and the surrounding neighborhoods. If an area, neighborhood or subject came up that she didn't have full knowledge of, she was on it, doing her research. I have no future plans of selling or purchasing another home or property, BUT... if life plans change, Megan will be the agent I will call. Regardless of what company Megan is with, she is definitely the agent I want!!!

Megan Costa and the entire team at Liz Moore and Associates provided outstanding assistance and guidance throughout the process of purchasing my new home. My home ownership journey began while I was in Germany. Megan was referred to me by what was to become my new team member. Though we never met in person, worked continually to provide me with listings, visited properties and provided videos to view potential properties. Once I reached the Virginia, Megan scheduled showings for me to see properties. When I decided on a property, she walked me through the process and scheduled all necessary appointments to complete the process.

I am truly thankful for all the hard work that Megan provided. I would recommend her and the entire team to anyone moving to the area or anyone looking to buy or sale a house .

We were very fortunate to find Megan as our realtor. She listened to our objectives and then presented us with a comprehensive plan of attack for the sale of our townhouse property. The last renter left the property in disarray and Megan helped us find the contractors for the needed repairs. More importantly, since we live four hours away, Megan put in that extra effort to meet up with these contractors on our behalf. We accepted an offer a couple of days after the townhouse was put on the market. Highly recommend!

She is great, I had did my own research on buying a house and looking for the right realtor for a few months before I started my search. When I found her and we started searching she was brilliant, patient, and understood what I was looking for. When we found the right house, her negotiating was outstanding and we were able to outbid the other offers because she understood what the seller was looking for. Now I am happy in my new home simple as that.

My whole experience with Megan was a blast. Being a first time home buyer I basically had no idea what I really wanted, or what the whole process entailed. Megan walked me through step by step and was always super responsive when I had questions. She was also great in finding me the right home, never seeming to get frustrated by the amount of homes I ended up going through. She really helped narrow done the search until there was only one left. 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone.

Megan Costa was an exceptional agent! She was very knowledgable, friendly and truly cared about our needs. No matter what time of day or night it was, if I had a question Megan would respond. We had a very unique home in an area that would take a specific buyer. Some of the homes in our area would set for months, even a year and not sell, due to the uniqueness of the area. Megan marketed and sold our home less than 2 weeks! She was absolutely wonderful. She has a wonder group to work with, the Keller Williams Elite - Peninsula - Bell Tower Team.
