Megan Culhane

Hi, I’m Megan Culhane! I started my real estate career in 2018 after spending many years in the customer service industry. Over the years, I’ve worked in restaurants, visual merchandising for a nationwide furniture and décor company, and even in the dental field — all experiences that taught me the importance of communication, organization, and creating a great experience for every client. Those lessons now guide me every day as I help people buy and sell homes.
I was born and raised in Northfield and grew up just outside of town on my family’s farm — a place that’s still run today by my dad, brother, uncles, and cousins. My roots here run deep, and I’ve been involved in the community since high school. My family and I have called Dundas home since 2012, and we love being part of this friendly, close-knit area.
One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is sharing my knowledge of the local market and surrounding communities. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer find their perfect home or guiding a seller through the process of listing their property, I’m here to make the experience as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.
I also have a degree in Interior Design, which comes in handy when helping sellers prepare their homes for the market or when helping buyers imagine the potential in a new space. I truly believe that small details make a big difference — from staging tips to communication to negotiating on your behalf.
My top priorities will always be consistent communication, honest guidance, and advocating for my clients every step of the way. Real estate is personal — and it’s such an honor to be part of such an important chapter in people’s lives.
