Megan Kavanaugh

Megan Kavanaugh has been a full-time real estate agent since 2003. Megan’s goal is to understand the needs, wants and must-have’s by actively listening to and communicating with her clients.

Megan’s passion for delivering excellent results for both buyers and sellers has earned her the Five Star Professional Award since 2006. Her dedication has also earned her the significant designation as one of the Top Ten Real Estate Producers in the state of Oregon. She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and closed 2021 with over $10 million in sales.

Megan is a native Oregonian and has bought and sold properties throughout the Greater Portland area. She is licensed in both Oregon and Washington. Referrals from other clients is her only form of advertising and is her greatest compliment and endorsement.

Megan loves spending time outdoors with her furry Pomsky friends, Simone, and Torrey, traveling to new places around the world and running.
