Megan is professional, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. She regularly emailed us apartment listings in several desired locations, consecutively booked the day's viewings, and assisted us through the final leasing process. Megan has made moving back to Maryland such a pleasant experience. Do not look for anyone else - her extensive knowledge and impeccable customer service really feels like she goes over and beyond the responsibilities of a relator. Megan kept us in the loop the entire process. She's determined (especially if it's a house you DESPERATELY want). I can rave about her all day! Cherry on top for me was not only she work hard to get us the house, she had her moving truck sent out to help us and let us use it free of charge. I highly recommend Megan Manzari!

If you are looking for a realtor look no further. Megan was the absolute best to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market and is quick to respond at anytime of the day. We had a lot of questions and Megan always had the answers. We looked at many homes and nothing caught our eye. Megan was determined to help us find our home and she succeeded! As a family we had a budget that we needed to stick with and she made sure every step we were comfortable and within our means. She came up with creative ways to help make our offer strong. She truly is the best at what she does. I would highly recommend Megan.

I found Meg through a colleague when I was asking him for suggestions on realtors in the area. Meg has done a PHENOMENAL job. I’ve never seen anyone answer their phone so quickly - she’s always there when you need her. She’ll fight for what you want which is important in this business especially during these crazy times. We reached out to Megan because we are hoping to sell our primary home and downsize in the Harford County / Bel Air area, as we plan to buy a vacation home in Eastern Maryland within the next year. She was referred to us by our neighbor who moved in directly next door to us and only spoke highly of Megan and her team of professionals.

Megan Manzari has been extremely enthusiastic, knowledgeable in guiding us through the process as we move forward. Trust me - we have had a LOT of questions. What stood out most to me was her communication skills, the second you meet her you know she is going to get the job done in your best interest.

When you’re making a big financial, personal and emotional decision, you want someone who will be a good listener, a strong negotiator, and who is respected by their peers. Megan met all of those expectations.

She was very quick to respond, very helpful and went above and beyond. She connected us with a lender who helped us where we were in terms of credit and financial status. They provided me with different options and were willing to help me with my credit score. We had just begun the process and she had already laid out what was the perfect plan for us and kept us in the loop along the entire way.

Megan provided us exceptional customer service, she was not pushy yet straight forward and professional. I would give her more then 5 stars if I could based on the professionalism and responsiveness alone. We are truly impressed and will be sending everyone her way with any and all real estate needs.

This was the FIRST house I have EVER purchased in my life. Megan is the most responsive and organized person I have ever met and I don't think this process would be anywhere near as smooth if I had chosen to use someone else.

The house I wanted to purchase had it's problems but I knew it was the one for me and Megan fought to get everything fixed and/or replaced that needed to be done in a timely manner and was able to negotiate everything on my behalf, she was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better agent to represent me. I will ALWAYS refer her to my friends and family for real estate needs.
