Megan is amazing! Super confident, experienced, and has the drive to do the best for her clients. She took us on months ahead of putting our house up for sale and walked us through everything. She oversaw landscaping, and fixes and staging-helping us through the entire process. Her negotiation skills are fabulous and she is not afraid to be direct when it is necessary but with a soft touch. Our house sold in a week and for a price we were extremely happy with.

We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Megan. Our previous experience with a different realtor left us frustrated, anxious, and disillusioned. Megan was always professional. She priced our house to sell; she gently provided us suggestions to increase its marketability and was always available to answer our questions. Wow...just wow. I cannot say enough positive things to describe Megan Parr. Megan not only helped me and my wife to find our dream home, but she was able to do so for for under the asking price. Not an easy task in this market, especially for new construction. Additionally, she helped us to negotiate that the builders install fencing around our property, finish the closets and install a tankless water heater for the radiant heated floors for no additional cost to us. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had and did so in a calm and cool way without ever seeming flustered or bothered. She fought for us every step of the way, so much so, that my wife and I started calling her "Megan the muscle"!!!!! We never felt like we were felt like we were being taken advantage of, or that we were being put off. There was never any B.S. She is an outstanding realtor and person and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a home.

Megan Parr helped us sell our home for a top dollar price (over asking), but first she helped us get it ready for sale. If you look up concierge realtor in the dictionary, you will see Megan Parr’s picture!!! She arranged it all…sanding of the floors, picking out new vanities, lighting fixtures, paint color….and finding and overseeing the contractor to complete all the work… at a fraction of the cost it would have been to individually hire someone to complete all of the repairs. She truly took all the headache and stress away from the task of getting our house ready to sell for top dollar….and she charged no more commission for performing these helpful services than a realtor who does none of this. Then she strategized just how to market our home in the best possible way to get it sold in one weekend! Hands down…fantastic realtor and I would highly recommend Megan if you want to take the stress out of selling your home and walk away with a top dollar sale! Btw…she helped up find our new home as well, and she was equally as impressive in her negotiation skills and finding us the perfect home….shouldering all issues that came up in a calm but efficient manner, thus easing much of the stress which would have fallen on my husband and I. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Megan had the challenging task of finding us a new home after being in one for 28 years. It took some time, as we were picky about what we wanted. Megan also educated us about appraisals, financing and negotiations. She responded to our changing locations and styles quickly and gave us hundreds of options online. When it came to crunch time, Megan set us up to get the deal, with a reasonable but winning strategy. She is part of the above and beyond Jane Lee team who helped us sell and buy a home very smoothly.

I don't often give reviews - I've found most vendors, reps, etc., that we've worked with through the years have been adequate - but not outstanding. When I have had a chance to work with someone who is, I will give a review, and that's why I'm writing this now.

My wife and I have a home in Phoenix, but we're originally from the Chicago area- and lived in unincorporated Lake County near Mundelein and Hawthorn Woods for years. Our families are in Chicago area, and for a couple of years we thought about buying a townhouse there so we could spend more time with them.

I contacted the REMAX group that Megan works with- because we've used them several times in the past - first when we sold our home in Mundelein, and then when we sold our first Arizona home in the Tucson area, and when we bought our home in Phoenix. They were able to refer us directly to very competent realtors in Arizona.

When we sold the Mundelein house, we were already in Tucson- and this was done remotely. The organization Megan is part of not only sold the house, but also took care of it- checked it to make sure all was o.k., kept it clean, mowed the lawn...etc.,etc.

When they staged the house, one of their reps did a remote walk through with us, so we could see everything without having to be there. That's why I contacted them again when we got serious about looking for a townhouse.

Megan called us and introduced herself to us- she took the time to understand what we were really interested in, as far as location, size, price, etc., and then began the process of finding appropriate properties that fit our parameters.

This is the point in which she became 'outstanding' in my opinion: the way I perceive a realtor's responsibility starts with finding MLS properties and sending them to potential clients - that's mostly done by computer these days.

What really impressed us was the additional work Megan did- for example, being in Arizona meant we were unable until the end to actually visit properties the way we would if we were in town. Megan arranged to walk through multiple properties for us- and do a live video so we could see everything.

At one point, we did fly in and visit several of these properties with her- none of which we ended up buying- so it was then back to looking for more properties. Megan did additional video walk throughs for us- and we finally selected a couple that we thought looked really great- and wanted to see in person. My wife flew back to Chicago, and visited those properties with Megan.

We picked one, and made an offer- Megan helped negotiate the price to an acceptable number for both the seller and us- and that brings me to what I consider the best part of working with her: her organization is the most complete realtor group I've ever seen- and it's not even close.

Among other things, they work with an attorney who handles all of the legal parts of this, at a very fair discounted fee- so that we didn't have to worry about possibly missing something, or making a mistake- it gives you a level of confidence when you're purchasing something large like this, knowing you have competent representation even when you're 1,800 miles away, as we were.

As this process unfolded, Megan was part of everything- acting as 'quarterback' between us, the seller's realtor, the attorneys, the title company, etc. She was the person at the final walk through- and again did it by video so we could watch all of it.

Megan is someone who will go 'the extra mile' for her clients- and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her level of competence along with the full service I mentioned is what separates her from other realtors.

If I was to share everything Megan Parr did for us to find our new home, this review would be the length of a doctoral dissertation. So, concisely Megan is the consummate, poised professional, who goes above and beyond for her clients. Megan went “beyond” by juggling our schedule traveling from out of state and making herself available after hours when finalizing our purchase. And she did this during a difficult and overly competitive time.

Megan went to bat for us and juggled our long wish list, with the patience of a saint, the savviness of a wheeler and dealer, and yet, always kept her cool and maintained her professionalism.

On the sale of our condo, Megan was able to achieve the most important thing and that was to sell our condo in a timely manner. We had a lot of concerns about being able to sell the condo but Megan was able to that. Megan's main strength is that she works for the Jane Lee Group which has a vast network of people who can assist. Her ability to leverage the Jane Lee group helped sell my condo. Megan was also very easy to work with, she always was available to answer my questions at all hours and when she did not know an answer she was able to find out and let us know in a timely manner.

On the purchase of our new home, Megan was able to use her connections to find us a terrific home in a timely manner. Since we had already sold our condo and were closing soon thereafter, we were concerned about finding a new home that we loved. Again, Megan's main strength is that she works for the Jane Lee Group which has a vast network of people who can assist such as attorneys, inspectors, mortgage companies, etc... Being a brand new home owner, and being relatively inexperienced with everything real estate wise she is not only patient, but extremely effective in securing wonderful locations. I have gone through two realtors and loan officers within this year, and none of them do not even compare to how quick and effective Megan and her team is in securing all the necessary documents and approvals for a home.
