i had a house i wanted to sell in Port St Lucie i had 2 different realators they tied up my house for 4 months didn't even bring in one offer. Then one day i got an email from Megan Schoner from the Keys company we set up to meet on monday around 11 am.Sunday i heard someone near my front door i opened it their stood a woman with a big smile on her face she said hi i'm Megan i was in the area so i though i would drop off some paper work for our meeting for tomorrow.I let her in to see the house we talked for about 40 minutes her poor husband was in his truck waiting she said i can sell this house fast (famous last words) she said she would like to bring someone by monday morning around 10.Monday the couple looked at it said they had 4 more to look at, well the next monday they were back took another look, they came out side the man said i want this house the woman said this is my DREAM HOME Megan put the deal together so if you are looking to sell a house or looking for your DREAM HOME you need to call Megan tell her what you want and if it is out their she will find it,if i buy another home i will call Megan she is the best
