Meladee Hughes

Meladee Hughes has been a broker in the Gold Coast and on the North Shore since 1968. She specializes in selling fine homes in historical neighborhoods to generations of clients. Meladee is the founder and Director of Bridges Across the Atlantic, an international medical charity since 1994. She organizes groups of pediatric and cancer specialists from the Chicago area to travel to Eastern Europe and China to perform pro-bono orthopedic and cardiac surgeries on children and adults as well as conduct training programs in foreign hospitals. Meladee is also an executive trustee with The Hektoen Medical Institute, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the World Trade Center in Chicago.
