Melanie is energetic mother of four sports enthusiasts, who has lived all over the Richmond area for the last 33 years. She loved the challenges of buying and selling her homes and that was the driving factor for her becoming a real estate agent. Her background in education allowed her the opportunity to work with infants through senior citizens and there is where she learned the secret to good relationships; patience and listening no matter what the age. Melanie genuinely loves helping families and individuals of all ages and it is evident in her interactions. Having spent most of her younger life moving around the country, Melanie understands the stress moving can cause. Free time is spent cheering on her children and their various sports teams, volunteering on executive boards for area youth leagues and school boards and traveling. A favorite past time for family vacations is exploring the US and their goal is to have vacationed in every state.

I had the experience of buying a house from 2.5 hrs away and Melanie was absolutely fantastic in helping me make that happen! I'd see a house online and she'd get an appointment and walk me through it on FaceTime. We found the perfect house, closed and are happily moved into our new home. The whole process from start to finish went incredibly well and I could not have done it without her expertise and support!

I cannot say enough about Melanie. She is a genuine, kind person that only had our best interest at heart. She often went above and beyond for us, always with a smile. I would call with a concern or frustration and she quickly handled it for us.
Some may say that’s what she’s paid for, trust me when I say she exceeded our expectations and navigated us through a long home building process.
We have moved into our home and I called her to ask a question, I proceeded the conversation with “Melanie, I know we’re no longer your clients yet I have a question”. Her response “You’re always my clients, what I do to help you”.
Hands down the best!!

Melanie is one word AMAZING! She made the process super easy and literally held my hand every step of the way. She asked what I was looking for and did not rest until I got just that! Personally I do not handle stress well and Melanie knew that and she told me every time I started to lose it “It’s okay, let me handle this part for you!” Top notch service, professionalism, and I have never felt more comfortable with giving away this much money! (Haha). This is where you go for all your realty needs.
