This was our first home and Melanie walked through each step of the process with us with kindness and patience. Melanie was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She was very professional about obtaining numerous comps in my area and conducting a thorough assessment to recommend a fair and reasonable selling price for my home. She then made great suggestions on what I could do to sell the home. A couple of those suggestions were to get the home staged by Anna Smith Designs and professional photos taken by Danny Hooks. Once these things were accomplished and she advertised the home, within a few days I received an offer for the full asking price of my home. Melanie was extremely nice and always so pleasant. However, she worked tirelessly to keep me in the loop on developments with selling my home, was great with making suggestions had a wonderful repair man that made repairs within a couple of days. I am so grateful that I went with Melanie to sell my home and I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. I can't say enough good things about her and this experience. She was truly a blessing.

I have worked with 5 realtors to date because I have moved frequently and I have never had a better experience than when working with Melanie. Melanie is extremely responsive and she works completely on her client's behalf. She has great contacts and they all work to answer any questions and help you find exactly what you need. We could not have asked for a better person to sell our home. Melanie had been our neighbor for many years and knew the neighborhood. Whenever we saw her she always had a big smile. Even though our house had a solid offer after being on the market for only 9 days, the Corona virus weighed in on the buyer’s mortgage process. What we though would b a quick closing, turned in weeks of waiting for the process to complete. All along, she kept us posted on what was happening with a positive outlook and words of encouragement. She worked closely with the loan officer to bring us to closing earlier than anticipated. I don’t think the sale would have been as smooth and professionally handled through any other agent. Since the sale, we have been happy to recommend Melanie to friends in the neighborhood who are considering selling their homes.

I am so glad we did!!

Melanie put in plenty of hours researching neighborhoods and builders and was in constant contact with us recommending properties based on our needs and wants.
