Melanie Kitchen

Melanie is the Team Lead of INTEGRITY GROUP Home Sales with Preferred, Realtors Ltd. She is a Real Estate Specialist with 15+ years of experience. She began working in the Michigan real estate field on the administrative side handling everything from team management, listings, closings, along with digital and print marketing before becoming a licensed realtor and ultimately forming her own team. Her great interactive people skills make the process enjoyable, informative and educational! Her attention to detail and work ethic have always set her apart as an excellent resource to getting things done. Melanie is a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

Melanie is a Michigan native and makes her home in Canton with her husband, David. They have 3 children and 2 granddaughters. Chandler is married to Courtney and they live in Livonia with their daughters, Hannah and Leah, Spencer lives in Plymouth, and Maggie is married to Trevor and they live in Livonia. Melanie is very involved in her church community as a leader, mentor, speaker, singer and musician. Her family loves family dinners, games nights and most any sports – especially basketball and hockey!
