Melanie Munson

Experience/Education: Melania Munson is a second-generation Idaho Realtor®. She enjoys getting to know new people and their zest for beautiful Valley County and all it has to offer. Having attended Boise State University and University of Idaho earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and minor emphasis in mathematics and communications/sign language; through a NASA fellowship she received a Master of Education.

Philosophy: Education and advocacy are at the core of Munson’s beliefs. Purchasing or selling real estate is a major life event and can be both exciting and stressful. Munson has a strong belief that an educated buyer or seller is a satisfied client, and by taking the smoke and mirrors out of the process, her clients finish their real estate transactions strong with good confidence that the decisions they have made throughout the process are rooted in logic and knowledge. What is at the core is identifying the client's needs, determining the best way to meet those needs, and performing to the best of her ability to create a lasting personal relationship with clients.

Personal: Munson has been blessed to live full time in Cascade since 2005. She teaches math and science at Cascade Jr.-Sr. High and have spent my summers working for the Forest Service and being active in my community. She is a founding member of the Valley County astronomical Society and plays violin for the McCall Chamber orchestra for nearly 11 years. Munson enjoy traveling as well as winter and summer sports and simply enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. She feels privileged to welcome new members to our community and honored to assist long-time community members achieve their real estate goals and objectives.
