Melinda was always very professional and always prepared. From the very first meeting she was prepated and ready to answer all our questions. She went above and beyound he help us sell my mothers home. She became like family. She even offered to buy us hot air balloon tickets at closing. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their hone for top dollar. She is very dedicated, and available anytime day or night.

Melinda helped us to buy our first home recently and did a fabulous job. As first time buyers we knew very little about the home buying process. Melinda is the best, she made sure everything ran smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend Melinda for any of your real estate needs. She is very professional, personable, efficient, honest, determined and has a vast knowledge of all of the aspects of the business.Melinda is very knowledgeable about the real estate market.Her communication and negotiation skills are top-notch.Everything was straightforward and well explained without any last minute "surprises". The closing was quick and was handled very well.
