Melinda Mesimer

Hi, my name is Melinda Mesimer, and I’m a Real Estate Agent with Lantern Realty and Development. I’d love to share a little about myself and why I would be honored to help with your real estate needs.

My husband, Danny, and I have been married for over 37 years, and together we have two wonderful children, a daughter-in-law, and three beautiful granddaughters who are the joy of our lives. Family is incredibly important to me, and that same sense of care and connection is what I bring to my clients.

Helping people has always been my passion, and real estate has given me the opportunity to do just that. For me, it’s not just about the transaction—it’s about the people. My clients are never “just clients,” they become friends, and I strive to make each person feel valued, supported, and heard throughout the entire process.

With a background in customer service, I’ve learned the importance of truly listening to people’s wants, needs, and concerns.
