As a Real Estate consultant and the Director of Marketing Team Caropreso, Melinda gets to combine her passion for real estate and education. Melinda became a licensed real estate agent in 2011, where she advanced to becoming her team’s leading buyer specialist. Using her interest, knowledge and experience in the industry, Melinda assisted in training and developing a closely-knit team of innovative and successful realtors, who prioritize the client experience.
Melinda graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2000 with a dual degree in Psychology & Social Work. She then went on to obtain her master’s degree in 2006. Melinda’s educational background facilitated her transition into her current team role. She enjoys managing daily operations within the office as well as overseeing the care of current and past clients. Further, her background has inspired her to be very influential in her local community. She dedicates her time to giving back to the community through fundraising and charitable events held by Team Caropreso. She is passionate about support local community outreach programs, most noteworthy is SPAN, Inc. Melinda has also volunteered her time at her local church.
Together with her husband, Melinda and Vince have five incredible children. Melinda enjoys spending time with her children, RVing across the country, and making unique crafts for the home.
