About Melissa

Melissa grew up in Harlingen, TX and went on to Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree. She relocated to the Panhandle in 2009, while working as a Regional Director in the restaurant industry. She made the transition into Real Estate in 2015 and obtained her Broker’s License in 2019. She has consistently held the title of top producer while training, managing, and mentoring others.

She uses her platform to serve and advocate for her fellow REALTORS®, her clients, and her community. Melissa has served on numerous local, state, and national committees and is honored to serve as the Chaiman of the Board for The Amarillo Association of REALTORS® in 2025. Melissa believes in the power of education, influence, and leads by example.

Melissa lives in the Amarillo are with her husband Steve of 11 years and 4 fur babies: Kain, Bailey, Ali, and Keno!

They have two daughters Kaitlyn (Eddie) and Makenzee (Nathan). Her greatest joy is being “Issa” to their 3 grandchildren, Ellie (2) and twins Lincoln and Brooks (1).

Melissa loves real estate, the ability to connect with her clients, but cherishes having the ability to truly serve people. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping people plant their roots and grow their futures.
