Melissa Brashier

I am a licensed real estate professional with LPT Realty. I serve the Tampa Bay Area, along with Sarasota, Bradenton and Palmetto. Whether it is working with investors, first-time home buyers, or sellers, I ensure the process is successful and stress-free.

In addition to my real estate career, I have over 15 years of experience in criminal justice and public safety. I also have a master's degree in criminal justice and public safety from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, and a bachelor's degree in criminology from Indiana State University. My clients can count on me to be trustworthy and get the job done. I am passionate about serving and protecting the community, as well as helping people achieve their real estate goals.
