Melissa went over and above my expectations, by being very flexible and understanding of my situation. She explained things well and was very professional. She was very thorough with each and every aspect of my transaction, and seemed to know and understand what was expected of her as the selling agent and she also knew what was expected from the selling agent...(even when he didn't) She was always very respectful, and I would recommend her to anyone!! She is an assett to your team and you should be proud to have her!

Where do I start: Well I guess from the beginning: Melissa from the start was very honest, very knowledgeable and very willing to insure: I understood everything about the entire process. For every part of the process: She ensured I was completely comfortable every place; we went to. She was very professional but made it so interesting and truly fun. She took her time, she was always willing to rearrange her schedule to accomodate my schedule and she always had time to just talk. She become more than my agent; but a very person in my family lives. She would always reaches out to ensure everything is ok. Her follow-up is astonishing....I would recommend her to anyone because of professionalism and knowledge.
