I don't know where to start on Melissa since I have so many great and wonderful things to say. First, let me just say this is the first review I have ever left on Google. I normally never leave a review, but was so blown away by Melissa I wanted to do so. Melissa helped my husband and I find our first home. We had no clue what the home buying process entailed or what to expect from her. She explained the process to us in a very easy simple to understand process! She answered all of our questions and concerns without patronizing us. Melissa felt more like a friend than a realtor!!! She always shared her expertise and opinion, advocated for us when dealing with other agents/sellers, and kept us informed! Melissa was always a call or text away whenever we needed her! Melissa worked her magic, Melissa's Magic, if you will!!! We got into a home about 5 weeks after first meeting with Melissa and the seller still went through even though the appraisal came in almost $30,000 under our initial offer!!! What we thought would be an expensive & months' long process was only weeks long and we saved a lot of money!! We can't wait to work with Melissa in the future!!! She is an angel!!!
