Melissa is one of the absolute best Realtors who I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is professional, informative, organized, reliable and very easy to talk to. I was referred to her last minute due to an unfortunate situation with my original realtor and she took me in without hesitation. I was already scheduled to fly down from New England hours before she and I met and she already had all of the homes, that I wanted to see, scheduled for a walk through. Everything was easy and stress free! I did not find what I was looking for on this trip but I WILL be back down to bother Mrs. Dills again, guaranteed. Thank you Melissa Dills. I will continue doing business with you until I find my Florida home.

I didnt have the pleasure to work directly with Mrs. Melissa however, we crossed paths with a circumstance I was dealing with and she was very helpful and attentive to my situation and problems. She was very knowledgeable with what I needed to do and who to contact. She is also very personable when communicating with customers. Melissa was recommended as she had handled several purchases and sales for 3 families in our church. And while I was looking for land only, and thus a smaller commission, she was always available and willing to answer my never ending questions. She kept me in the know about the process, especially as we got closer to the closing date. Closing was fast and smooth as she had prepared me well for what was coming.
