Hi! I’m Melissa, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in Cincinnati for the past ten years. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 100 clients through their real estate journeys. I truly love what I do—whether it’s helping someone find the right home, navigating a smooth sale, or simply making the process feel less overwhelming.
For the past five years, I’ve been in a leadership role where I coached and mentored teams of up to 25 agents. Because of that, I wasn’t able to take on my own clients, but I stayed deeply involved by helping agents navigate hundreds of transactions. That experience strengthened my skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and contract strategy in a big way.
Now, I’m with a brokerage that supports my career goals: I can work directly with clients again while still leading and supporting the agents on my team. It’s the perfect balance. And even though I wear a couple of hats, my clients always get my full attention—I intentionally keep my schedule manageable so I can be responsive, hands-on, and fully invested in every single person I work with.
