Melissa Govedarica

Melissa Govedarica is a highly trained, incredibly organized real estate specialist and brings nearly 30 years of successful experience to the Sergio & Banks Group with At Properties. An industry powerhouse, Melissa has been listed among the Top 1% of producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors for the past 10 years running, is a three-time recipient of the Chicago Good Neighbor award, and is a founding member of the National Association of Realtors Green Designation. She works primarily in the Bucktown, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Roscoe Village and Gold Coast neighborhoods with luxury investors and developers on both multi-family and commercial, and has vast experience in residential land acquisitions.
