Melissa started her career at a family-owned property management company and helped their tenants become homeowners. Through that experience, she found a love for helping people overcome obstacles like low credit scores, bankruptcy, and self-employed income, that had previously limited their housing options. With several years in a seller’s market, she found a passion for finding creative strategies that got her clients into homes in multiple offer scenarios.
In recent years, Melissa transitioned her business into providing a boutique, full-service, concierge-style experience for her clients. For sellers, she believes that getting the highest sales price possible requires an investment of time and services before hitting the market and has created a custom experience for her clients. For buyers, she understands the emotions involved in making a major life change and uses an empathetic approach to making the experience easy and enjoyable
Outside of the office, Melissa is a mother of two daughters, married to her husband, Dustin, and dog-mom to her two rescued pups. She enjoys expressing her creative energy through fashion, home design, and refinishing furniture. Most importantly, she loves to explore the great outdoors we are blessed with here in Colorado with her family.
