Melissa Key

Melissa Key is a licensed Realtor with a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. Melissa is the Managing Broker of the Hattiesburg office of Woodland Realty, being with them since 2007, and she is a multi-million-dollar producer. Melissa is also a part-time real estate instructor for the Mississippi Realtor Institute and was the 2019 Instructor of the Year. She was Hattiesburg’s “Realtor of the Year" for 2016 and serves on the MS Association of Realtors Executive Committee. Before joining the real estate profession, Melissa served as a CPA with over two decades of business and management experience.

Melissa truly works differently than other agents. She feels that the client’s real estate transaction, whether buying or selling, is a huge journey, and she wants to assist them every step of the way. Experience does matter and she has the knowledge and skills that one does not acquire online, but from closing hundreds of successful transactions.
