Melissa is the best there is in this business, Tiffany knows that, which is why we have used Melissa to help us buy and sell our last two houses. Melissa gets the job done with true professionalism and she gets it done quick.

We all know that divorces can get messy, and sometimes when people like Melissa step in and try to help, they can be affected by the divorce as well. Melissa is simply doing what Tiffany Duncan and I asked her to do. The proof is in the signed contract.

This Girl really does sell houses! She was so good with my elderly parents and worked so hard for them. Their property was sold within a very short time and I liked that she advertised it everywhere possible. She was so quick to answer the phone and on the rare occasions that she didn't, when I left a message she always called me very shortly afterwards. She was always responsive to my questions and any snag we hit along the way with closing information or scheduling, she kept after it until it was completely resolved. She did what she said and never let us down. She also followed through with us even after the sale and made sure the funds were properly transferred. She is a real treasure and we were grateful to have her as our agent.

I've known Melissa for 20 years she is a very qualified hard working agent providing a high quality professional service to both her sellers and buyers. She takes the time to go over with her sellers what they can do to prepare their house to put on the market so it will sell in a quick turn around time! She is with them through the whole process from the time they list til the time they close! With her buyers she sits down and spends the time listening to exactly want and are looking for no matter what the price range may it be $50,000 or $500,000, she will work her hardest and do her very best until she can find it for them! Upon meeting the first time, she walked in prepared with a complete market analysis and detailed explanation on her advertising strategy. Along with RE/MAX resources she additionally brings her own personal avenues to the table as well. She went above and beyond so many times when she sold our home!

So very happy with our experience with Melissa. She is so great. In 2014 we bought our first home after being married. In 2016 we were blessed with twins and had to quickly make a transition into a bigger home. She sold our 1st home and got us in to a bigger home that met our new needs.
We will never use any other realtor she is so professional and ask every question we have. Even to this day if I have a question she makes herself available.
Also if that is not enough. She does so much for her clients annually even years after they purchased their home. .

Energetic. Friendly. Awesome. Melissa went above and beyond to get our home sold. Melissa responded to our questions almost as soon as we asked them. Kudos to my wife for making our home look beautiful, but when Melissa came in to take pictures of our home to list, the phone rang off the hook for showings within 30 minutes of it being listed!
