Born in Reno and raised in Kings Beach, Melissa is no stranger to the Northern Nevada area. Having spent some time in the Minden/Gardnerville area and eventually graduating high school a year early with honors in Reno, Melissa knows Northern Nevada is home. Melissa graduated college with an Associate's Degree in Business with a minor in Law then quickly put her degree to good use for the next 12 years working in a criminal and business law firm. In 2014 Melissa decided to try her hand in the Real Estate world and accepted a job with Nevada Rural Housing Authority in their Home At Last program. She quickly was promoted to their Mortgage and Marketing Specialist within 9 months and has secured that position over the past 2 years marketing their fantastic Down Payment Assistance options to home-buyers, Realtors, and Lenders. Melissa is a mother of 3 and happily married to her soul mate!
