i Melissa off of a zillow add . was look for residential land she was so helpful and never stopped looking for us. we changed in mid stream and started looking for a commercial building for a commercial kitchen, she changed right with us . looked and some and then she found us one in rockwell nc . worked till the deal was done , she even checks in and stops by from time to time to see if there’s something she can do.

Melissa was fabulous—one of the best buyers agents that we’ve had. Our search spanned a few months because we a had long list of things we were looking for. I feel like most agents would get tired of seeing home after home…after home. Not Melissa! She took feedback from us and was constantly sending us listings and was more than happy to see as many homes as it took. After a few months, we finally found what we think is a “gem”! The negotiation process was intense, but we feel that Melissa was able to negotiate some things in our favor as the market is making a shift. She always had a great attitude and humble spirit. Not only did we get a house, we made a new friend (as well as her husband Troy)!
