Melissa Morgan’s connection to the Outer Banks spans a lifetime—from childhood vacations to building a career and raising her family in the community she proudly calls home. With over 25 years of experience in Outer Banks real estate, she brings deep local knowledge, steady guidance, and a relationship-driven approach to every client she serves.

As a real estate advisor with Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty, Melissa works with buyers, sellers, and investors at every stage of the market. She launched her career in 2001, earned her broker’s license that same year, and holds advanced designations including GRI, CRS, RRS, and Smart Home Certification. Known for her integrity, clear communication, and ability to think outside the box, Melissa’s eye for design adds value for sellers and helps buyers envision a home’s full potential. She is also the founder of Relobx.com, “The Place To Go When You Wish You Could Stay.”

Melissa and her husband, Joe, have raised their family on the Outer Banks. Their daughter, Sophie, is marrying her high school sweetheart, Parker, and their son, Joe, attends NC State University. Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys time with family and friends, Pilates, weightlifting, travel, life outdoors, and her two golden retrievers, Scarlett O’Haira and Peach Hobbler.
