Drawing from a decade of sales and consulting experience in the fast-paced Information Technology Networking Equipment & Services space, Melissa brings a strong background of marketing and negotiation skills to help her clients achieve their timeline and budgetary goals. After purchasing her first home and investment property with her husband, undergoing a home remodel, a Solar energy lease transfer, managing rental property, and the sale of a primary residence, Melissa’s passion for Real Estate was ignited and a well-rounded understanding of timing, a Seller’s sense of urgency, and the importance of meeting the Buyer’s needs was fully realized. One of the most stressful times in Melissa’s life was the purchase process of their first home so being proactive, diligent, educated, patient, responding promptly, staying focused, and solution oriented are ways she commits to help make her clients buying and selling experience go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She truly makes her client’s needs her priority and wants to ease a process that can often be quite stressful and confusing.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2005 with Cum Laude academic distinction. She is no stranger to demanding work as she put herself through college while working two jobs. The University of Arizona will always hold a special place in Melissa’s heart as she married her college sweetheart in 2006, an Ice cats Hockey Alumni, blessing her with two sweet, thoughtful, and beautiful little girls.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys attending her local Church, spending time at the beach with her family, sewing, crafting, gardening, baking, juicing, living a healthy and active lifestyle, leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, and volunteering at her child’s school and PTA where she sits on the board as VP of Membership and Donations. She is also committed to teaching her children the importance of helping others and giving back and supports Operation Blessing, Orphan’s Promise, and Samaritan’s Purse to name a few.
