Melissa Richardson is originally from Fayetteville, NC. Her military family brought her to Fairbanks, AK In 1989. Fairbanks is where she grew up, called home, and raised her daughter

Melissa started her Real Estate career in Fairbanks in 2012 after being in the renovation business and flipping homes for many years.
