Melissa Rubenstein

Melissa Rubenstein, the Team Lead at the Bergen County Group at Keller Williams Village Square Realty, is a Bergen County native who spent ten years in Manhattan, first attending Fordham University School of Law and then practicing real estate law at two prestigious NYC law firms. She transitioned her love of Real Estate into a fast-paced career selling new construction condominiums in Manhattan, even appearing in an episode of hit reality show Selling New York. Melissa and her husband Sam, a director in Advertising Sales, decided to return to Bergen County to raise their growing family. A Realtor Associate licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Melissa is passionate about helping young families make the leap from the city to the suburbs and draws on this client base to help her Sellers find the most qualified buyers. In 2017 Melissa was only the 2nd woman ever elected to the Wyckoff Township Committee. She serves as Councilwoman, Deputy Director of the Finance Committee and liaison to the Board of Health and K-8 and Ramapo/Indian Hills High School Boards of Education. Melissa has earned several prestigious awards since starting her career in New Jersey, including the Top Realtor Award from Bergen Magazine and NJ Realtors ® Circle of Excellence Sales Awards ® in 2016 and 2017. Melissa knows the schools, communities and details of life in Bergen County and uses her background as an attorney to negotiate the best deals for her clients.
