Melissa was our buy side agent for a new home in Haddonfield and she was incredible to work with. She is a great communicator - always very responsive to questions. She was very knowledgeable about the markets we were interested in and was able to pull together a full weekend of showings on very short notice. She was able to use her network effectively to help us schedule private showings. She worked hard on our behalf to help us get a fair deal on the home and appropriate concessions from the seller related to inspection issues. We did indeed call Melissa again to buy our new home last year! We were very picky about location and what we wanted in a home, and Melissa was always kind, honest, and patient with us, always informing us about important things to consider about each home, while letting us make our own decisions. I worked with Melissa's team to both sell my property and buy a new property. Melissa Ryan did a fabulous job of presenting my "difficult to sell" home in such a positive light, that it sold immediately at the initial open house weekend with an offer that was well above asking price.
Mandy Oresick made looking for a property and actually buying a property a very enjoyable experience. She was available anytime I asked her, even last minute, to go see any and every new property that came on the market. Mandi took me all over many areas in South Jersey until I finally decided on purchasing a property in the very first section of Cherry Hill that we had looked. She was always accommodating, and on one occasion when Mandi was away for the weekend, Melissa accommodated my request to see a property that weekend and accompanied me.
