When I started to look for a top real estate agent to shepherd me through the sale of my home I didn't know where to start. I did feel strongly that I wanted to work with an organization that was using the newest technology-based tools and was staffed with high-energy personnel and applied a proactive approach to the sales challenge.

Melissa (Missy) found me on a cold call based on neighborhood awareness that I was interested in selling my home. My phone impression was positive and her description of Magnolia matched my criteria for kind of sales model I wanted. She made an appointment for the next day. After an hour discussion, I signed with Magnolia.

We set our goals for a great sale and worked to put the plan in action. Missy took full responsibility, asked tons of question, set up all the necessary steps (pricing, staging, photos, etc.) to present an attractive home to buyers. Everything went smoothly and on time. Once on the market we had a successful offer within a week and sold at the original asking price.
I've bought and sold around 8 houses over the years. Missy was the best Real Estate Agent i ever had the opportunity to work with.
