The whole experience from beginning to end was very smooth and non stressful which is rare when purchasing a home. Melissa is wonderful to work with and extremely helpful; additionally, she went out of her way to make it easier for me during the purchasing and initial moving process. In the past six months, we’ve worked with Melissa Wiegele twice—first to sell a house through probate and later to purchase a new home. This gave me the opportunity to review her services as both a seller’s and buyer’s agent, and I couldn’t be more impressed.
Going through the probate process she was able to help us navigate the process; she even knew our probate lawyer which made communication easy. This isn’t just a one-time coincidence—choosing Melissa means gaining access to her extensive network of professionals, I’m certain as a write more I will list more.
Melissa also invests in the latest technology to ensure your listing gets maximum visibility. Our home was prominently featured on major real estate websites, boosted for visibility, and priced competitively (I felt like I had all the bells and whistles). Thanks to her strategy, we had an offer within a day of showings, and the sale was as straightforward as we could have hoped for. I can’t promise you will sell your house in a day – but this was my experience.
When we decided to buy a new home, calling Melissa again was an obvious choice. While I had multiple pre-approvals from lenders, she suggested I contact someone from her trusted network (she even has a book with great business partners). This turned out to be a game changer. Any time I had a question—often outside regular business hours—either Melissa or the lender was immediately available to assist. Their responsiveness and support eliminated much of the stress that can come with buying a home. Often you have a random question, and not having to wait until the morning or though the weekend was such a comfort.
What truly sets Melissa apart is her commitment to her clients. She’s not just looking for a quick commission. Melissa understands that providing an exceptional experience builds lasting relationships and leads to referrals and repeat business. She always kept our best interests in mind, offering honest, experienced advice—even if it wasn’t necessarily what we wanted to hear. She’s a true partner in the process, not just someone to unlock doors or post a “For Sale” sign.
My experience with Melissa was so outstanding that I’m taking the time to write this review, hoping to pay it forward a bit. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and committed to making your real estate experience smooth and successful, I recommend Melissa. She’s a rockstar.

She listens to your needs and puts a lot of thought into the strategy for selling your house, then provides you with written presentation of her strategy that is customized for you . Update: my partner and I went to Melissa again for purchasing a house and once again, she's been amazing to work with. I can't recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable and honest, she's responsive to all of our questions, and all around made the entire process incredibly easy.

Melissa made selling our cabin, which had been in the family for over 35 years a walk in the park. Her knowledge of selling seasonal property in an association was great. Melissa Wiegele was great! I feel so lucky to have found her for my first home purchase. She always answered my questions, including things I probably should’ve known and things I asked more than once simply because I forgot. I felt that she was always looking out for me, as I leaned on her experience and judgment throughout the whole process, and I did not once regret that. Of all the parties involved in the home buying process, she was easily the most responsive; she did not leave me waiting for answers or info.
