I worked with Melissa on both the sale of my house and the purchase of a new home. I could not have asked for a better realtor. She was lightening - quick at responding to my texts or calls. She maintained great communication throughout the entire process . She kept me informed on the status of everything. She is very organized and maintained a great work ethic. She was very flexible to my circumstances and truly went above and beyond in ways I would not have expected. She never dropped the ball. When other realtors were slow to respond , Melissa was doing the follow up. She negotiated challenging circumstances like a pro, and was flexible to my changes. Most importantly, she got my house sold quickly and I got the new house I wanted .

So my wife, bless her heart, likes for real-estate transactions to move quickly. I think the only realtor out there that has enough spunk and energy to keep up with our speed is Melissa. I kept trying to slow things down a bit but Melissa saw it as a fun challenge. She was aggressive with the sale of our house hosting an open house two days after Christmas and had so many people interested that it caused traffic problems on our street. There are SO MANY details with selling and purchasing a home. Melissa helped to walk us through all of them and helped to explain when it got a bit over our heads. If you need a “get it done” realtor, there’s no other choice than Melissa Williams.

Melissa is the hardest working realtor in the Nashville area! We lived out of state during our months of searching for just the right property. Melissa must have physically looked at 20-25 houses for us. She developed a FaceTime video routine to engage us in “virtual walkthroughs”. When we could be present for actual walkthroughs she filled our schedule and insured our visits were productive.

Melissa is a very strong communicator. She was always available to answer our questions and guide us through the many differences in process between our home state and Tennessee. Her knowledge and opinion of the various areas and neighborhoods saved us a ton of time. Melissa understood our priorities and preferences and brought us properties that checked many of our boxes.
