Melissa helped us buy our dream home last week in Polk County, TN! After our first phone call with Melissa, we knew we'd found our realtor and told the other agencies we'd contacted that we were no longer interested.

Melissa was friendly, helpful and genuinely listened to what we wanted. Every home she sent over to us was in line with what we were looking for, and during the purchasing process she stayed on top of things for us. Any questions we had, she would answer quickly. Can't recommend them enough!

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Wiseman of Tellico Mountain Realty. I buy and sell land and it was my first time working in Monroe County, Tennessee. As I was looking for an agent in the area, I came across Melissa’s profile on some of the listings I saw on different websites. I called her and talked to her about the property and she drove out to the property to take pictures of it and check it out for me. Another Agent in the brokerage brought us a buyer and we went under contract and had no issues at all which is uncommon to have no issues in a real estate transaction. I'm looking for more properties in the area so I can work with Melissa again. I'm very picky with the agents I work with and highly recommend Melissa. Melissa always got back with me in a timely matter which I appreciated very much. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in Monroe county, TN, I highly recommend working with Melissa for I know she will do an outstanding job for you as well.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Tellico Mountain Realty. Melissa is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is patient, relaxed and determined to provide the absolute best experience you will ever have when finding the perfect home. Once she had a good idea of what we were looking for she worked tirelessly to find the right one. Oddly the home we purchased was one we were not even going to look at until she suggested we see it in person. "It doesn't hurt to take a look" she said with her encouraging smile and she was right. This turned into the easiest real estate transaction ever. If you're looking for a realtor in the Monroe County area, Tellico Mountain is the best there is.

We found a nice place we wanted to look at, and made contact with Suzzane Ogle at Tellico Mountain Reality. She set up a walk through, and we winded up back at the office and making an offer that same day! Everyone there was helpful with the process. We are not local, and after our offer was accepted, Suzzane worked with us, and the agent for the seller closely over the phone and helped everything fit together smoothly and seamlessly until we were able to travel back down for closing! We feel like she was more than an agent, and feel we have made a new friend as we relocate to Tennessee! If you are looking in the area, I would recommend you stop by the office there for your needs! Five stars!

Cheryl Malagon! The first thing I noticed about Cheryl was she was patient & a good listener ! Responsive to my wants & needs .She was easy to talk to; has a good sense of humor ,professional with a wonderful attitude!
She enjoys her work and makes it clear it is important to her to not be pushy & do her best to find a house you will love within whatever your constraints are! She was a pleasure to work with. Her down to earth, easy manner was refreshing! At one point I had a few houses that I thought I wanted until I got the inspection. Cheryl did not try to talk me into them & we moved forward with uplifting words from Cheryl. A week before closing , I got Covid & wasn’t sure I could make it in person by the deadline . Cheryl was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen. She was very flexible & I appreciate her! We made it! She is not afraid to go above & beyond. And with a ready smile !While I was home with Covid, Cheryl met her handyman at the house to make some repairs. She was the go between making sure everything went smoothly! She offered to help in whatever situation we encountered. I call Cheryl my friend & highly recommend her !

Working with Cheryl Law Malagon, of Tellico Plains Realty, was amazing. I became ill and was hospitalized for 3 days. Cheryl did everything in her power to make the process easier for me. Our closing window was less than 18 days. It went off without a hitch. She is a Realtor that earns her commission tenfold. I do not doubt that this is her normal operating procedure. I was looking for a larger tract of land in the East Tennessee mountains and decided to have Melissa act as my buyers agent. As I was a 10 hour drive from the area, I very much came to rely on Melissa's expertise, guidance, and help since I did not know the area incredibly well and it was a rather large endeavor getting down to the area each time we went down to look at properties. She was very informative and always was responsive to texts, emails, and calls, as well as going out hiking on the properties we were looking at (over 100 acres). I very much appreciated her flexibility around my limited availability to get down to the area and look at properties. My wife and I purchased our dream property and have Melissa and her team to thank for a very positive experience.
